CIE was engaged by nationally respected firm Tighe & Bond to prepare an Approval Not Required plan and a successful ANR application, enabling the owner to add a portion of an abutting parcel to the existing lot.

CIE handled engineering and permitting in rebuilding the dilapidated stone sea wall that has protected this residence for decades.

CIE was retained to completely redevelop this marina. We redesigned the site to maximize slips, redefine the shoreline and dredge the marina while also applying creative solutions to navigate a complicated regulatory maze.

CIE’s innovative strategy for this complex project involved using long aluminum gangways coupled with salt marsh restoration to gain approval. It was the first variance granted for a dock in Falmouth.
