Matt Costa, a veteran in the field, acquired CIE from founders John Slavinsky and David Sanicki and became president in 2013. He immediately set out to grow the firm, overseeing a significant increase in annual revenue over the next nine years.

The merger with Holmes & McGrath was a key milestone for CIE. Philip Holmes and Michael McGrath built a successful business with a pristine reputation among local property owners, architects, builders, investors and town officials. We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to extend their legacy.
